Our paper on the structure of the inner junction of Chlamydomonas doublet is published on eLife. In this paper, we used cryo-EM and mass spectrometry to identify several new components of the inner junction FAP276, FAP106 and FAP126. Congratulations to Ahmad, Muneyoshi and all the co-authors to pull this off.

Fantastic news! Congratulations to the team on publishing this important work in eLife. Using cryo-EM and mass spectrometry to identify new components like FAP276 is a real game changer. It reminds me of strategically placing blocks in Block Blast – precise moves reveal hidden connections! Understanding these cellular structures is as satisfying as clearing a level in Block Blast. Well done to Ahmad, Muneyoshi, and everyone involved!
